The asphalt mixing station applied in this project is a green and intelligent model independently developed and manufactured by CCCC XRMC, integrating advanced design concepts and mature manufacturing capabilities.
It has a rated production capacity of 120–160t/h, which can efficiently meet the needs of large-scale and continuous asphalt supply in road construction. Adopting a highly integrated modular structure, this equipment effectively reduces the overall land occupation, optimizes the site layout, and significantly improves the convenience of equipment operation and daily maintenance efficiency.
Supported by XRMC’s self-developed intelligent control system and full-process production monitoring technology, the mixing station realizes automated batching, precise temperature control and real-time data tracking. With strict material traceability and quality management systems throughout the production chain, it effectively guarantees production stability and operational efficiency.
Meanwhile, the station produces high-performance asphalt mixtures with uniform grading and reliable indicators, fully complying with national and industrial quality standards, providing solid technical support for high-quality road engineering construction.
